Ms. Galindo has a lifelong passion for caring for others and making a meaningful impact.  This is why she has dedicated her career to healthcare.  She began in 1998 as a Nurse Care Technician at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL.  She became a Registered Nurse in 2003, specializing in Medical-Surgical care.  

She soon discovered a deep calling for one-to-one patient care and transitioned into home health, where she spent over two decades as a field nurse.  Through this work, she developed a profound appreciation for the unique challenges and rewards that come with supporting patients in their own homes.  

In December 2022, she embraced a new role as Director of Nursing with Ideal Care Home Health, Inc in Morton Grove, IL.  This was a significant shift from direct patient care, but she welcomed the opportunity to lead, mentor, and support a team of dedicated nurses while sharing her knowledge, experience, and continued passion for home health care.
