Growing up, I knew I wanted to help people. Undecided about my career path, my sister suggested that I pursue a career in nursing. With the encouragement and support from my family, I studied to be a Registered Nurse at Ravenswood College of Nursing. I started as a Nurse Care Technician from 1998-2003 before transitioning to Registered Nurse at Lutheran General Hospital from 2003- 2006. The love and commitment of caring for patients led me to pursue a career as a Home Health Visiting Nurse. I am fortunate to have been afforded the opportunity to educate, teach, and train clinical needs in addition to spending time with patients. I have been in Home Healthcare for 18 years and look forward to continuing this journey with highly dedicated staff. As Director of Nursing, I will continue my goal of helping our dedicated nurses and guide them to be successful in caring for patients and enjoy it as much as I did. I am a wife and a mother of 4 who enjoys spending time with my family and look forward to yearly Adventures.
